Items on our website are available and ready to ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs) and then shipped.

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the USPS or UPS. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Wick'd Seduction at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.
